Charles Phan’s new menu has been developed, with executive chef Andy Wai, with a focus on Northern Chinese cuisine. Using the bountiful resources of the Greater Bay Area, he is taking Chinese cuisine to a new level.Prather Ranch and Range Brothers meats coupled with organic vegetables from many near-by farmers such as Star Route, All Star Organics and Dirty Girl Farms to name a few.The menu will have many staples as well as items that will develop into a seasonal rotation.
